Refund policy

Our return policy is 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after receiving your item(s), no refund/exchange will be offered. To qualify for a full refund, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, it will take 5-7 business days for us to process the refund payment.

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS 
Items on sale/clearance are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded nor exchanged.

RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The box and document must be labeled as RETURN. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
For all orders, Smile A Lot does not accept liability for any damage or less, direct or consequential, stemming from the use the product described. It is the responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of the product for its intended use. The user assumes all risk and liability in connection therewith.

 

CHANGES
Smile A Lot reserves the right to make the final decision on any necessary changes to the return policy.
